Nursery (Greenhouse) Manager

Landscape Consultants is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager/Horticulturalist to oversee the care and management of our tree field and greenhouse inventory. As the Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of our plant materials and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of nursery operations, including the care and maintenance of the tree field and plant materials.
• Oversee the ordering and procurement of plant materials, ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and educating customers.
• Training and supervision of nursery staff
• Maintain a clean and organized nursery grounds.

Requirements:

- Valid Driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of horticulture principles and practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide plant care education.
- Demonstrated ability in operation planning.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise nursery staff.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technology proficient.
